The client
Evgeny teaches a programme called Modern Vocal Techniques to vocal coaches. The product line included a practical workshop priced at about €21 and a flagship course at about €625. This is a narrow audience even across Russian-speaking Telegram.
The goal
Bring more vocal teachers into the existing sales funnel while keeping the reported subscriber-acquisition target below roughly €3.64 including fees.
The constraints
- A small pool of channels that genuinely reach vocal teachers rather than adjacent music audiences.
- Auction bids from competitors up to 2.5 times higher.
- No direct attribution from an ad click to a course payment.
- A 40–45-day journey from first ad impression to flagship-course purchase.
What we did
We handpicked channels for vocal teachers and methodology communities, excluding superficially similar jazz, choral and recording channels that did not bring qualified leads. The testing structure was one channel per ad. At peak, 144 ads ran simultaneously, and around 2,600 ads were created over three launches. A landing-page pixel helped distinguish visits to the nurturing channel from ad clicks.

Three launches
Launch 1, May: A 43-day mix of warm and cold audiences produced 663 mailing-list leads, 107 workshop applications, 44 workshop purchases and 18 flagship-course purchases. Reported revenue was about €8,203 and reported profit attributed to Telegram Ads about €3,872.

Launch 2, July–August: 761 target actions and about €6,454 in reported profit attributed to Telegram Ads.
Launch 3, September: €679 in spend and 267 subscribers.

Client feedback

Overall results
- Reported revenue: about €14,844
- Reported ad spend: €6,533.59

The case illustrates how carefully selected placements and sustained testing can work in a small, competitive niche with a long sales cycle. Sales attribution should be read in the context of the long path to purchase.
