Mediakam is a regional news channel focused on exclusive reporting for adults in Kamchatka and Russia’s Far East.
What we did
We built a strategy and adjusted the channel for moderation. Three audience segments covered regional news, incidents and public safety, and Kamchatka travel and outdoor activities. After week one, we applied the strongest competitor-channel combinations to other segments. Unit cost on those combinations fell from €0.61 to €0.49 as volume rose sixfold.
